The agreement shall be re�iewed and approved by the City prior to recordatian and recarded at the County Recorder's Office at the applicant's expense. 37.Applicant shall submit an Erosion and Sediment Cantral Plan to the City Engineer far review and approval prior to commencing any wark on the Project, including demalition or grading work. The Plan shall shaw Best Managemen# Practices (BMPs) for storm water pollution preve�tion. Additionally, the plan shall include specific prov�sions for the protection of the creek from erosion, sediment, and constr�ction debris. All construction work in connection with this Project must conform to the approved Erosio� and Sediment Control Plan. 38.Prior to comm�ncing any work on the Project, including demofitian or grading work, the applicant shall �ast at all entries to the Project site in cl�ar view af the public right-of-way, a sign as required by RCMC Section 24.33 indicating the hours of constructian and limitations on construction noise. Additionally, th� sign shall include a phone number of the a�plicant's designated contact for complaints about problems with the canstruction acti�ity, 39.Applicant shall be responsible for the cast of repairs to any improvements within the public right-of-way that are damaged during construction, The applicant shall submit documentation af the existing condition of �inger A�enue from the westerly extent o� th� Project site to the in#ers�ction of Finger Avenue and EI Camino Real and the public improven-�er�ts along the Project's frontage, incfuding but not limited to trees, tree grates, signs, light poies, drainage inlets, curbs, gutters, etc. to the satisfactian of the City Engineer prior ta issuanc� of a grading or building permit. This survey shall be submitted to fhe City Engineer far review and approval. All damage shall be repaired to the satisfaction of the City Engineer at no cost to the Ci�y prior to the release of subdivision securities.
