8.A. - Page 172 <br /> ATTACHMENT3 <br /> 41.Prior to the end of each work day during constructian, the contractar ar <br /> contractors shall pick up and properly dispose of alf litter resulting from or <br /> related to the Project, whether Iocated on the property, within the public <br /> rights-af-way, ar properties of adjacent or nearby neighbors. <br /> �2.The Project is subject to the impact fees which were in ef�ect and applicable <br /> to the Project when the Vesting Tentati�e Map is submitted and found <br /> complete which include but are nat limited to: traffic impact fees, school fees, <br /> wat�r treatment fees, sewer fees, and parkland in-lieu fees. All such fees <br /> shall ba paid at the time of issuance of building permits. The amaunt of the <br /> impact fees shafl be determined at the time of payment in accordance with <br /> the fee schedule or method of cafculation then in effect. <br /> 43.A11 of the conditions of approval shall be reproduced vn the first page of the <br /> plans submitted for demolition, grading or building permits. Additional pages <br /> may be used if necessary. At least one (1) copy of the stamped approved <br /> pians, along with the Canditions of Approval, shall be a�ailable for review at <br /> the job site at ail times. <br /> 44.Applicant shall submit a Traffic Control Plan to the City �ngineer for review <br /> and approval prior to commencing any work on the Project, including <br /> demalition ar grading work, for control procedures d�ring ti�e construction af <br /> the Project. The Pfan shall include at least the following: the route(s) that <br /> canstruction trucks shall use to access the pro�erty, identification �f the <br /> access point{s} to the site, any proposed staging area for trucks waiting to <br /> enter the site, tra�c management far any work within the improved portion of <br /> a public right-of-way, and any proposed traffic controfs, such as the use of <br /> flag persons, to ensure the safe entry and exit of trucks accessing the Project <br /> site. Throughout the construction p�riod for the Project, the applicant must <br /> faithfully implement the approved Traffic Contral Plan. <br /> 45.Applicant shall; priar ta commencing any grading or building demolition, <br /> consult with County Environmental Health regarding vector control to reduce <br /> the dispfacement of mfce and rats from the Project site ta adjacent prop�r#ies. <br /> The permittee shall carry out a program of vector reduction within 3p days af <br /> commencing construction activities. Additionally, the applicant shall distribute <br /> information to praperties within 300 feet of the Project site baundaries with <br /> information about what to check to reduce the likelihoad of �ectars entering <br /> their property and buildings. <br /> 46.Applicant shall, priar to the issuance of any demalition, building, or grading <br /> permit, submit a construction staging plan for the review and approval of the <br /> City Engineer andlor Chief Buildir�g Official or designe�.
