EXHIBIT "A" SCOPE OF SERVICES REDWOOD CREEK CULVERT RELOCATION PROJECT Phase Breakdown: Phase 0.0 GENERAL Phase 1.0 PROJECT MANAGEMENT: PRE-CONSTRUCTION Phase 2.0 NOT USED Phase 3.0 PROJECT MANAGEMENT: ADMINISTRATION Phase 4.0 PROJECT MANAGEMENT: CLOSE-OUT 0.0 GENERAL PROJECT MANAGER working with the COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR shall: develop work programs, project descriptions, and scopes to determine budgets and delivery schedules; ensure all project team members communicate effectively and all relevant information and outcomes are communicated to the City of Redwood City and interested stakeholders in a timely manner ; prepare Council staff reports, technical memoranda, or issues papers; support City staff at meetings with community/stakeholders, City appointed Advisory Committees/Commissions, and City Council; Gaining consensus with stakeholders about what a successful project will deliver and finding pathways to reach that vision. PROJECT MANAGER will facilitate public outreach strategies and identify community/stakeholder sensitivities and challenges; and manage stakeholders' expectations and communication. REDWOOD CREEK CULVERT RELOCATION PROJECT: 1.0 PRE-CONSTRUCTION: PROJECT MANAGER shall document all procedures; provide reports and controls as follows: 1.1 Confirm work programs, project descriptions, and scopes with City Engineering staff and project design engineers to determine budgets and delivery schedules; ensure all project team members communicate effectively and all relevant information and outcomes are communicated to the City and interested stakeholders in a timely manner; prepare necessary communications to provide regular status updates regarding project schedule, budget, potential issues, and other items of interest or ATTY/AGR/2012.097/VANIR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT REV: 08-07-12 VR Page 10 of 23
