OR1GiNAL 6.1.E. - Page 70 <br /> AGREEM � NT <br /> PENINSULA FAMILY SERVIC� <br /> (Nutrition and Transportatinn Services, Fair Oaks Adult Activity Center) <br /> THIS AGREEM�NT, made and e�tered �nto this day of <br /> 2012, by and b�tween the CITY QF REDWOOD CITY, a charter <br /> city and municipal corporatian af the State of California ("City") and PENINSULA <br /> FAMfLY SERVICE, a California nonprafit organization {"Contractor"; collectively <br /> the "Parties"). <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor provides certain s�rvices through programs, <br /> including the program described in Exhibits "A" ("Program & Quantitative Goals"}, <br /> and "B" ("Pragram Budget"), attached hereta and made a part hereof; and <br /> WH�REAS, Contractar has requested financial assistance in order to <br /> conduct #he program described in Exhibit A for residents of City during the fiscal <br /> year commencing July 1, 2012, and ending June 30, 2013 (the "Fiscal Year"); <br /> and <br /> NOW, 7HEREFORE, the Parties hereby agree as foflows: <br /> 1. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. City will allocate to Contractor the sum <br /> of Fi�teen Thousand and No/1�0 Dollars {$15,000} for exclusive use by <br /> Contractor during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2012, and ending ,�une 30, <br /> 2013, solely for the purposes described in I'aragraph 2. <br /> 2. USE QF FUNDS.
