No rnembers, officers, or <br /> emp�oyees or agents of th� City of Redwoad City, na member of the City Council <br /> and no o#her public official who �xercises any functian or responsibility with <br /> respect to this Agreement or Contractor's Pragram during his ar h�r ten�re, or far <br /> ane year thereafter, will ha�e any i�terest, dir�ct or indirect, in this Agreemenf or <br /> a related subcontract, or the proc�eds thereof. Contractar will incorporate in all <br /> subcontracts hereunder a provision prohibiting such interest. <br /> 2D. LOBBYING PROHIBITED. Funds provided under this Agreement will <br /> nat be used by Contractor for publicity or propaganda purposes designed to <br /> support or defeat legislation pending before federal, state, or local government. <br /> 21.
