No rrtembers, officers, or emplayees or agents of the <br /> City of Redwaod City, no member of the City Co�ncil and no other public official wha exercises any <br /> function or responsibility with respec#to fhis agreement or Contractor's Program during his or her tenure, <br /> or for one year thereafter, shall have any interest, direct or indirect, in ti�is contract or a related <br /> 5ubcontract, or the proceeds thereof, Contractor shall incorppraEe in all subcontracts hereunder a <br /> provisian prohibiting such interest. <br /> �6. �OBBYING PROHIBlTING. Funds pravided under this agreement shall not be used by <br /> Contractor far publicity or propaganda purposes designed to support or defeat legislation pending faefore <br /> federal, stat�, or local government. <br /> �7. RELlGIOUS ACTIVlTY PROHIBITED.
