There is no concrete timeline; however the goal <br /> of the department is to have an agreement in place by mid-2013. <br /> Recommendation #2 <br /> The City Council members take a leadership role on behalf of their constituents to drive <br /> consolidation of police dispatch across the County. <br /> Response <br /> This recommendation has not been implemented; however the City Council of Redwood <br /> City, through the City Manager, will be exploring within the next year the feasibility of <br /> the consolidation of police dispatch centers across the County. <br /> On behalf of the Redwood City Council, I would like to thank the Grand Jury for their interest <br /> and work on this report.
