<br /> (d) Providing that Contractor's insurance coverag� will be primary
<br /> insurance with respect ta City, its Council, officers, boards,
<br /> commissions, employeas, and agents, and any insurance or self-
<br /> insurance maintained by City for itself, its Council, officers, boards,
<br /> commissions, em��oyees, or agents shall be in excess of
<br /> Contractor's insurance and nat contributory with it.
<br /> �6. NON-DISCRIMINATION AND EQUAL OPPORTUNITY. Cantractor
<br /> hereby warrants ar�d agrees that, in #he performance of this Agreernent, it will not,
<br /> i� connection with the employment, advancement or discharge of �mployees, or
<br /> in cannection with the terms, conditions ar pri�ileges af their employment,
<br /> discriminate against person because of their age, except upon the basis of bona
<br /> fide accupatianal quafification, retirem�nt plan or statutory requirement, and will
<br /> not specify, in solicitations or advertisement for e�nployees to work on this
<br /> Agreement, a maximum age fimit, unless such iimit is based upon a bona fide
<br /> occupatiana! qualification, retirement plan or statutory requirement.
<br /> Contractor fur#her warrants and agrees that it wil! cornply with all
<br /> prnvisions of Executiv� Order 11246 of September 24, 1965, as amended, and of
<br /> the rules, regulatinns and relevant nrders nf the Secretary of Labor; and that it
<br /> will not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because
<br /> of race, calor, religion, sex or national origin. Contractor wilf take affi�rrMative
<br /> actinn to ensure that applicants are employed, and that employees are fireated
<br /> during employment, without regard tn their race, color, religian, sex or natianal
<br /> origin. Such action will include, but not be limited ta, the tollowing: �mployment,
