Contractor will incorporate in all <br /> subcontracts h�reurrder a pravision prohibitirrg such interest. <br /> 20. LOBBYING PROHIBITED. Funds pro�ided under this Agreement wil� <br /> not be used by Contractor for publicity or propaganda purposes desigr�ed ta <br /> suppnrt or defeat legislation pending before federal, state, or locaf �overnment. <br /> 21. RELIGIOUS ACTIVITY PROHIBITED.
