6.1.E. - Page 107 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> FUNDING A G R E E M E N T FOR WUMAN SERVICES FINANCIAL AS51S7ANC� PROGRAM <br /> BETW�EN ThE CITY OF REaWOOD CITY AND <br /> RAP�TRAUMA SERVICE5: A CENTER FOR HEALING AND VIOLENCE PREVENTION <br /> TH15 AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of , 2012, by and <br /> betwee� the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter city and a municipal carporation of the State of <br /> Cafifornia ("City") and Ra�e Trauma Services: A Center for Healing and Violence Pre�ention, a Califnrnia <br /> nanprofit organization ("Contractor"); <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor will provide certain services through programs, incEuding the program <br /> described in Exhibit"A" ("Contract Objectives°), and <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor has requested financial assistance in order to conduct the program for <br /> residents of City during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2012, an� ending June 30, 20�3; and <br /> WHEREAS, City has reviewed said request and desires to allocate to Contractar the sum of <br /> $6,000; <br /> NOW, 7HEREFORE, the par#ies hereto do hereby agree as follows: <br /> 1. FiNANCIAL ASSISTANCE. City shall allocate to Contractor the sum of 5ix 7housand <br /> Dollars far exclusive use by Contractor during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2012, and ending June <br /> 30, 2413, to be used by Contractor solely for the purposes described in paragraph 2. <br /> 2. USE OF FUNDS. Contractor shall use the funds provided pursuant to paragraph 1 solely <br /> far the Program purposes described in Exhibit "A" (Contract Objecti�es) at#ac�ed here#o and �y this <br /> reference incnrporated herein. <br /> 3. CHANGES TO PROGRAM. No changes in th� Program described in this agre�ment which <br /> is funded by the financial assistance provided under paragraph 1 shall be made without the prior written <br /> cansent of City. <br /> 4. PAYM�N75. Contractor shall keep detailed and accurate records of al1 expenditures made <br /> anc! expenses incurred which are funded under this agreemenk.
