6.1.E. - Page 114 <br /> L.0���°�.y e�11 1�1� <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> RENA�SSANCE �NTR�PRENEURSHIP CENTER <br /> (Redwood City Entrepr�neurship Training Program) <br /> TH15 AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of <br /> 2012, by and between the ClTY OF REDWOOD CiTY, a charter <br /> city and municipa! corporation af th� State of Cali�ornia ("City") and <br /> RENAfSSANC� ENTREPRENEURSHIP CENTER, a California nonprafit <br /> organization ("Contractor"; collectiv�ly the "Parties"}. <br /> WI7NESSETH: <br /> WH�R�AS, Cantractor provides certain services through programs, <br /> including the program described in Exhibits "A" ("Program & Quantitative Goals"}, <br /> and "B" ("Program Budget"), attached h�reto and made a part hereaf; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor has requested financial assistance in order to <br /> conduct the program desc�ibed in Exhibit A for residents of City during t�e fiscal <br /> year commencing Juiy 1, 2012, and ending June 30, 2013 (the "Fiscal Year"); <br /> and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, th� Parties hereby agree as folfaws: <br /> 1. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. City wifl allocat� to Contractor the sum <br /> af Fifty Thousand and No1100 Dollars ($50,000} for exclusive use by Contractor <br /> during th� fiscal year commencing July 1, 2012, and ending June 30, 2013, <br /> solefy for the purposes described in Paragraph 2, <br /> 2. USE OF FUNDS.
