No changes in the Praject described in <br /> this Agreement which is funded by the fiinancial assistanc� provided und�r <br /> Paragraph 1 wiil be made without the prior written consent of City. <br /> 4. PAYMENTS. Cantractor will k�ep detailed and accurate records of <br /> ali expenditures made and expenses incurred which are funded under this <br /> AgreeE-nent. Payments of funds allacated pursuant to Paragraph 1 wil! �e made <br /> to Cantractor on a reimbursement basis as follaws: {i) Contractor wilf submit <br /> reqUests for paymen# ta the C�ty quar#erly by the 15th day af the month <br /> electranically to the website specifi�d by City's CDBGIWOME Program; (ii) ail <br /> requests for payment will be accompanied by copies af original receipts or ofiher <br /> proof of expenditures, and wili disdose amounts of Project income, if any, <br /> generated by user fees an a monthly basis; (iii) final payment request must b� <br /> submitted and received by the City no later than June 15, 20'�3; (iv) the Praject <br /> income, if any, wili be subtracted from corresponding requests for payment; and <br /> (v) Project income, if applicable, will be expended by Contractor prior to <br /> requesting reimbursements from City. <br /> 5. STANDARD OF SERVICE. Contractor warrants to City that it will <br /> use and accaunt for all funds provided hereunder strictly in accordance wifih <br /> standards go�erning the use af, and accountability for, fiunds held and disbursed <br /> in trust. The Project wifl conform to #�e highest standards pro�iding far �rojects <br /> of simiiar or like nature in the San Francisco Bay Area. Contractor will �e <br /> responsible for, and hold City harmless from, any faifure to adhere to such <br /> standards. Contractor wifl verify that alf activities funded hereunder benefit anly <br /> residents within City's corporate limits. <br /> 6. QUARTERLY REPORTS.
