6.1.E. - Page 129 oplr±l� A � <br /> r�iuE fi <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> REBUILDING T�GETHER PENINSULA <br /> {National Rebuilding Day) <br /> TH15 AGREEMENT, rnade and entered into this day of <br /> 2012, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter <br /> city and municipal corporation af the State of California ("City"} and REBUILDING <br /> TOGETH�R PENINSULA, a California nanprofit organization ("Contractor'; <br /> collectively the "Parti�s"). <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor provides certain ser�ices thraugh programs, <br /> including the program described in Exhibits "A" ("Program & Quantitative Goals°}, <br /> and °B" ("Program Budget"), attached nereto an� made a part hereaf; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor has req�ested finar�cial assistance in order to <br /> conduct the program described in Exhibit A for residents of City during the fiscal <br /> year commencing July 1, 2012, and ending June 30, 2013 (the "FESCaI Year"); <br /> and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties hereby agree as faflows: <br /> 1. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. City will alfocate to Contractar the sum <br /> of Tw�nty Thousand and No1100 Dollars ($20,000) for excfusive use by <br /> Contractor during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2p�2, and ending June 30, <br /> 2013, sofely for the purposes described in Paragrap� 2. <br /> 2. USE OF FUNDS.
