6.1.E. - Page 130 <br /> 3. CHANGES TO PROJECT. No changes in #he Project d�scribed in <br /> this Agreement which is funded by the financial assistance provided under <br /> Paragraph 1 wif! be made without the prior written consent of City. <br /> 4. PAYMENTS. Contractor wil� keep detailed and accu�ate records of <br /> all experrditures made and expenses incurred which are funded under this <br /> Agreement. Payments of funds alfocated pursuant to Paragraph 1 will be made <br /> to Contractar on a reimbursement basis as follows: (i) Contractor will su�mit <br /> requests for payment to t�e City quarterly by the 15t�' day of the month <br /> electronically to the website specified by City's CDBG/HOME Program; (ii) all <br /> requests for paymertt wifl be accompanied by copies of original receipts or other <br /> praaf of expenditures, and will disclose amaunts of Project income, if any, <br /> generated by user fees on a monthly basis; (iii) final payment request must be <br /> submitted and received by the City no later than June 15, 20'f 3; (iv} the Project <br /> income, if any, will be subtracted from carrespor�ding requests for payment; and <br /> (v) Project incame, if applicable, will be expended by Contractor priar to <br /> requesting reimbursements from City. <br /> 5. STANDARD OF S�RVICE. Contractar warrants to City that it will <br /> use and account for al! funds provided hereunder strictly in accordance with <br /> standards governing the use of, and accauntability for, funds held and disbursed <br /> in trust. The Project will conform to the highest standards pro�iding far proj�cts <br /> of similar or like nature in the San Francisco Bay Area. Contractor will be <br /> respansible �or, and hold City harmless from, any failure to adhere to such <br /> standards. Contractor will verify tha# all activities funded h�reunder benefit only <br /> residents within City's corparate limits. <br /> 6. QUARTERLY REPORTS.
