FfNANCIAL ASSISTANCE. City will allocat� to Can�ractor the sum <br /> of Fifte�n Thousand ar�d No110� Dollars ($�5,000) for exciusive use by <br /> Contractor during th� fiscal year cnmmencing J�ly 1, 2012, and ending June 30, <br /> 2013, solely for the purposes described in Paragraph 2. <br /> 2.
