No changes in the Project described in <br /> this Agreement which is funded by the financial assistance provided under <br /> Paragraph 1 will be made without the prior written consent of City. <br /> 4. PAYMENTS. Contractor will keep detailed and accurate recor�s of <br /> afl exper�ditures made and expe�ses incurred which are funded under this <br /> Agreement. Payments of funds allocated pursuant to Paragraph 1 will be made <br /> to Cantractor on a reimbursement basis as folbws: (i} Contractor will submit <br /> requests for payment #o the City quarterly by the 15�h day of th� month <br /> electranically ta th� w�bsite specified by City's CDBG/HOME Program; (ii) a�l <br /> requests for payment wiU �e accompanied by copies of origina! recei�ts or other <br /> proof of expenditures, and wilf disclose amounts of Project incom�, if any, <br /> genera#ed by user fees on a manthly basis; {iii) fiinal �ayment request must be <br /> submitted and received by th� City no later than June 15, 2013; (iv) the Project <br /> incame, if any, wilf be subtracted from corresponding reques#s for payment; and <br /> (v) Project income, if appficabfe, will be expencfed by Cantractor prior ta <br /> requesting reimbursements from City. <br /> 5. STANDARD OF SERVICE. Contractor warrants to City that it will <br /> use and account for all funds pro�idecE hereunder strictly in accordance with <br /> standards go�erning the use of, and accountability for, funds hefd and disburs�d <br /> in trust. Tne Project will conform to fhe highest standards pro�iding for projects <br /> of similar or like r�ature in the San Francisco Bay Area. Contractor wiil b� <br /> responsible for, and hold City har�less from, any fail�re ta adhere ta such <br /> standards. Cantrac#ar will verify �hat a!I activities funded hereunder benefit only <br /> residents within City's corporate limits. <br /> 6. QUARTERLY REPORTS.
