No members, officers, or <br /> employe�s or ager�ts of the City of Redwoad Ciiy, no member of the City Council <br /> artd no other public official who exercises any functian nr respansibility with <br /> respect ta this Agreement or Cor�tractor's Program during his or her tenure, or for <br /> one year thereafter, wilf have ar�y interest, direct ar indirect, in this Agreement or <br /> a related subcontract, or the praceeds thereof. Contractor will �r�corparate in al! <br /> subconfracts hereunder a pravision prahibiting such interest. <br /> 20. �OBBYING PROHfBfTED. Funds pravided under this Agreement will <br /> not be used by Contractor for publicity or propaganda purposes desig�ed to <br /> suppork or defeat fegislatian pending before federal, state, or local gavernment. <br /> 21. RELIGIOUS ACTIVITY PROHIBIT�D.
