<br /> (d) Praviding that Contractor's insuranc� coverage wif� be primary
<br /> ins�rance with respect to City, its Council, officers, boards,

<br /> commissions, employees, or agents shall be in excess of
<br /> Cantractor`s insurance and not contribu#ory with it.
<br /> 16. NON-DISCRfM1NATION AND EQUAL OPPORTUNITY. Co�tractor
<br /> hereby warrants and agrees that, in the performance of this Agreement, it will not,
<br /> in connection with the employment, advancement nr discharge of employees, or
<br /> in connection with the terms, conditians or privileges of their employment,

<br /> the rules, regulations and relevant orders of the Secretary of Labor; and that it
<br /> will not discriminate against any emplayee or applicant far emplayment because
<br /> of race, color, refigion, sex or national origin. Contractor will take affirmati�e
<br /> action to �nsure that applicants are emplayed, and that em�loye�s are treated
<br /> during employment, wi#hout regard to their race, color, religion, sex or nationa!
