No mEm�ers, officers, or <br /> employe�s or agerrts of the City of Redwood City, �o member of th� City Council <br /> and no other public afficial who exercises any function or responsibility with <br /> respect to this Agreement or Contractor's Program during his nr her tenure, or for <br /> ane year thereafter, will have any interest, direct or indirect, in this Agreement ar <br /> a related s�bcontract, or the praceeds thereof. Contractor wifl incorporate in all <br /> subcantracts hereund�r a provision prohibiting such irrteresf. <br /> 20. LOBBYfNG PROH�BITED. Funds pravided under this Agreement will <br /> not be used by Contractor for publicity or propagarrda purposes designed to <br /> support or defeat legislation pending before federal, state, or 3acal government. <br /> 21. RE�IGfOUS ACTIVITY PROHIBITED.
