COMPLIANCE WITH CALIFORNIA LABOR LAWS AND F�DERAL <br /> REQUIREMENTS. Contractor agre�s to be bound by the Labor Laws of the <br /> State of California, and applicable F'ederal requirements. A paragraph shall be <br /> incorparated in every agreement between Contractor and third parties in <br /> connection to the Project stating #hat the third party must comply with California <br /> Labor Laws and a�plicable Federal requirem��ts.
