ORIGINAL 6.1.E. - Page 188 <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> REBUILDING TOGETHER PENINSULA <br /> (Safe at Home - Minor Home Repair Program) <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of <br /> 2p�2, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter <br /> city and municipal corporation of the State of California ("City") an� REBUILDiNG <br /> TOGETHER PENINSULA, a Cafifornia nanprofit organization ("Contractor"; <br /> callecti�ely the "Parties°). <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor pro�ides certain services fhraugh programs, <br /> including the program described in Exhibits "A" ("Program & Quantitative Goals"}, <br /> and "B" ("Program Budget"), attached hereto and made a part hereof; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor has requested financial assistance ir� order to <br /> conduct the program described in Exhibit A for residents o# City during the fiscal <br /> year commencing J�ly 1, 2012, and ending June 30, 2013 (the "Fiscal Year"}; <br /> and <br /> NQW, THEREF�RE, the Par#ies hereby agree as follows: <br /> 1. �INANCIAL ASSISTANCE. City will allocate to Contractor the sum <br /> of Fifte�n Thousand and NoI100 Dollars ($15,000) for exclusiv� use by <br /> Ca�tractor during the fiscaf year commencing July �, 2�12, and ending June 30, <br /> 2013, solely for the purpases described in Paragraph 2. <br /> 2. USE OF FUNDS.
