6.1.E. - Page 189 <br /> 3. CHANGES T� PROJECT. No cnanges in the Project described in <br /> this Agreement which f5 funded by the financiai assistance provided under <br /> Paragraph 1 will be made without the prior written cansent af City. <br /> 4. PAYMENTS. Contractar will keep detaEled and accurate records of <br /> all expenditures made and exper�ses incurred which are fund�d under this <br /> Agreement. Paymer�ts of funds allocated pursuant ta Paragraph 1 will be made <br /> to Contractar on a reimbursement basis as folfows: (i) Contractor will submit <br /> requests for payment to the City quarterly by the �5�h day of the month <br /> electronically to th� website specified by City's CDBG/H�ME Program; (ii) all <br /> requests for payment will be accom�anied by cop�es of original rec�ipts or other <br /> proof of expenditures, and will disclose amo�nts of Project income, if any, <br /> g�n�rated by user fees on a monthly basis; (iii) final payment request must be <br /> submitted and recei�ed by the City no later than June 15, 20'i 3; (iv} the Praject <br /> ir�come, if any, will be subtracted from cnrrespanding requests far payment; and <br /> (v} Praject income, if applicable, will b� expendecf by Contractor prior to <br /> requesting reimbursements from Ciry. <br /> 5. STANDARD OF SERVIC�. Cantractor warrants to City that it wifl <br /> use and account for all funds provided her�under strictly in accordance with <br /> standards governing the use of, and accountability for, funds held and disb�rs�d <br /> in trust. The Project wiil conform to the highest standards providing for projects <br /> of simi[ar or like nature in #he San Francisco Bay Area. Cantractor wilf be <br /> responsible for, and hal� City harmless from, any failure to adhere tfl such <br /> star�dards. Contractor will �erify that all activities funded hereunder benefit anfy <br /> residents within City's corporat� limits. <br /> 6. QUARTERLY REPORTS.
