INTEREST OF PUBLIC �F�ICIALS. No members, officers, or <br /> employees or agents of tl�e City of Redwaad City, no member af the City Council <br /> and no other public official wha exercises any function or respo�sibility with <br /> respect ta this Agreement or Cantractar's Program during his or her tenure, or for <br /> one year thereafter, will have any int�resf, direct or indirect, in this Agreement or <br /> a related subcontract, or the proceeds thereaf. Contractor will incarporate in all <br /> subcontracts hereunder a provision prohibitir�g such interest. <br /> 24. LOBBYING PROHlBITED. Funds provided under this Agreement will <br /> not be used by Confractor fnr publicity or propaganda purposes designed to <br /> support or defeat legisfation pet�ding before federal, state, or local government. <br /> 21. RELIGIOUS ACTfVITY PROHIBITED.
