6.1.E. - Page 203 ����j��QL <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> HUMAN INVESTMENT PROJECT (HIP} <br /> {Home Sharing Program) <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of <br /> 2012, by and between the CITY OF REDWQQD CITY, a charter <br /> city and municipal corporation of the State of California ("Cify") and HUMAN <br /> INVESTMENT PROJECT {H!P}, a Caiifornia nonprofit organization {"Contractor"; <br /> collectively the "Parti�s"}, <br /> WiTNESS � TH: <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor provides certain ser�ices through programs, <br /> including the program described in �xhi�its "A" ("Program & Quantitative Goais"), <br /> and "B" ("Program Budget"), attaci�ed hereta and made a part hereof; and <br /> WHERL�AS, Contractor has re�u�sted financial assistance in order to <br /> conduct the program described in Exhibit A for res�dents of City during the fiscal <br /> year cammencing July 9, 2012, a�d ending June 30, 20�3 {the "Fiscal Year"}; <br /> and <br /> NOW, THEREFQRE, the Parties hereby agree as follows: <br /> 1. FINANCIAL ASSI5TANCE, CFty will allocate to Contractor the sum <br /> of Fifteen Thousand and Na1100 Dollars ($15,000) for exclusi�e use by <br /> Contractor during the fiscal year cammencing Jufy 1, 2012, and ending June 30, <br /> 2013, soleEy for the purpases d�scribed in Paragraph 2. <br /> 2. US� OF FUNDS.
