OR�GINAL 6.1.E. - Page 218 <br /> AGRE � MENT <br /> INNVISIQN SHELTER NETWORK <br /> (Maple Street Shelter) <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, mad� and entered into this day of <br /> 2012, by and between the CiTY OF REDWOOD ClTY, a eharter <br /> city and municipal corporation of the State of Cafifarnia ("City") ar�d INNVISfON <br /> SHELTER NETWORK, a California nonprofit organizat+on ("Contractor"; <br /> collectively the "Parties"). <br /> WITNESS � 7H: <br /> WHEREAS, Cantractor provides certain services through programs, <br /> including the program �escribed En Exhibits "A" ("Program & Quantitative Goals"), <br /> and 'B" ("Program Budget"), attached hereto and made a part hareof; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor has requested financial assistance in order to <br /> conduct th� program described in Exhibit A for residents of City during the fiscal <br /> year commencing July 1, 2012, and ending June 30, 2013 (tF�e "Fiscal Year"); <br /> and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties hereby agree as folfows: <br /> 1. FINANCIAL ASSISTANC�. City will allocate to Cantractor the sum <br /> o# �ighttee� Thousancf and No1�04 Dollars ($18,040) for exclusive use by <br /> Contractor during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2012, and ending June 30, <br /> 2013, so��ly for the purposes described in Paragraph 2. <br /> 2. USE OF FUNDS.
