<br /> 16. N�N-DiSCRIMINATION AND EQUAL OPPORTUNITY. Contractor

<br /> Contractor further warrants and agrees that it wilf comply with all
<br /> pro�isions of Executive Order 11246 of September 24, 1965, as amended, and af
<br /> the rules, regulations and relevant orders of the Secretary of L,abor; and that it
<br /> will nat discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because
<br /> of race, color, religion, sex or natio�al origin. Contractor will take affirmat�ve
<br /> actian to ensure that a�plicants are em�loyed, and that employees are trea#ed
<br /> during employment, without regard to their race, color, r�ligion, sex or national
