No members, officers, ar <br /> employees or agents of the City ofi Redwood City, no member of the City Cauncil <br /> and r�o ather public otficiai who exercises any func#ion ar respansibility with <br /> respect to tF�is Agreement or Contractor's Program during his or her tenure, or far <br /> one year thereafter, will have any interest, direct or indfrect, in this Agreement or <br /> a related subcontract, or the proceeds thereof. Contractor will incarporat� in all <br /> subcontracts her�und�r a provision prohibiting s�ch interest. <br /> 20. LOBBYING PROHIBfTED. Funds provided und�r this Agreerr�ent will <br /> not be used by Contractor for publicity or propaganda purpases designed to <br /> support or defeat legislation pending before federal, state, or local go�ernment. <br /> 21. RELIGEQUS ACTIVI�Y PROHIBITL�D.
