UNIFORM ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS. Contractor will <br /> comply with the requirements and standards af the Community De�elopment <br /> Block Grant Reg�lations, OMB Circular A-�22, Cost Principles for Non-Profit <br /> Qrganizations, as arnended, OMB Circular A-190, Unifarm Administrative <br /> Requirements for Grants and Agreerr�ents, as amended, and all other federal, <br /> state, and local laws, regulations and requirements, as applicable. <br /> 23. COMPLIANCE WlTH CAL4FORNIA LABOR LAWS AND FEDERAL <br /> REQUIREMENTS. Confractor agrees to be baund by the L.abor Laws of the <br /> State of Califar�ia, and applica�fe Federal requirements. A paragraph shall be <br /> incorporated in every agreement between Contractor and third parties in <br /> connectian to the Projec# stating that the third party must camply with California <br /> Labor L.aws and applicable Federal requirements.
