FINANCIAL ASSISTANCL�. City will ailocate ta Contractor the sum <br /> of Twenty Six Thousand Ninety and Na11Q0 Dollars ($26,090) for exclusi�e use <br /> by Cor�tractor during th� fiscal year commencing July 1, 2012, and ending Jur�e <br /> 30, 2013, solely for the purposes descrfbed in Paragraph 2. <br /> 2. USE OF FUNDS.
