No changes in the Project described in <br /> this Agreement which is funded by the financial assistance provided under <br /> Paragraph 1 will be made withaut the prior written consent of City. <br /> 4. PAYMENTS. Contractor will keep detailed and accurate records of <br /> all expenditures made and expenses incurred which are funded under this ' <br /> Agre�ement. Payments of funds allocated pursuant to Paragraph 1 will be made <br /> to Contractor on a reimbursement basis as foElows: (i) Contractar will submit <br /> requests far payment to the City quarterly by the 15'" day of the month <br /> electronically to fhe website specified by City's CDBGIHOME Program; (ii) all <br /> requests for payment wilf be accompanied by capies of original receipts or ather <br /> proof of expenditures, and will disclose amounts of Project income, if any, <br /> generated by user fees on a monthly basis; (iii) final payment request m�st be <br /> submitted and received by the City rto later than June 15, 20"13; (iv) the Project <br /> incom�, if any, will be subtracted frnm corresponding requests for payment; and <br /> (v} Project incame, if appficable, will be expe�ded by Contractor prior ta <br /> r�questing reimbursements from City. <br /> 5. STANDARD OF SERVECE. Contractar warrants to City that it will <br /> use and account for all funds pravided hereunder s#rictly in accordance with <br /> standards governing the use af, and accountability for, funds held and disbursed <br /> in trust. The Project wifl confnrm ta the highest standards providing far projects <br /> of sirnilar or like na#ure in th� 5an Francisco Bay Area. Cantractor will be <br /> responsible for, and hold City harmless from, any failure to adhere to such <br /> standards. Contractor will �erify that al! activities funded hereunder benefit only <br /> residents within City's corporate �imits. <br /> 6. QUARTERLY R�PORTS.
