6.1.E. - Page 2
FISCAL IMPACT
The City received $676,948 in CDBG funds for FY 2012-2013. The total cost of the 13
CDBG agreements is $269,543, to be funded from the CDBG entitlement. The HSFA
Program is funded by the City's General Fund. The City Council adopted the FY 2012-
2013 budget that included $58,756 in general funds for the 7 HSFA agreements.
ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW
All of the CDBG activities identified to be funded have been determined to be exempt or
categorically excluded under the National Environmental Protection Act (NEPA), or will
be subject to further reviews when specific sites are determined. The City has also
recorded a Notice of Exemption with the San Mateo County Recorder for the Annual
Action Plan application pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act regulations
(CEQA). The HSFA agreement approval is not a project under CEQA as defined in
CEQA Guidelines, section 15378, as it involves approval of City grant funding
expenditures, which is an administrative activity.

RHONDA COFFMAN
CDBG/HOME ADMINISTRATOR
G
BILL EKERN
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
"
ROBERT B.
