�RIG�NAL 6.1.E. - Page 4 <br /> FUNDING A G R E E M E N T FOR HUMAN SERVICES FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM <br /> BETWEEN TME CI7Y OF REDWOOD CITY ANp <br /> CORA(C_OMMUNITY OVERCOMING RELATIONSHIP ABUSEI <br /> TH1S AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of , 20�2, by and <br /> between the CITY OF REDWOQD CITY, a charter city and a municipal corporation of the State of <br /> California ("City"} and CORA (Community Overcoming Relationship Abuse), a California nonprofit <br /> organization ("Contractor"); <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, Cnntractor will pro�ide certain services through programs, including the pragram <br /> described ir� Exhibit"A" ("Contract Objecti�es"), and <br /> WHEREAS, Cantractor has requested financial assistance in order to conduct the program for <br /> residents of City during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2Q12, and endi�g June 3D, 2013; and <br /> WN�R�AS, City has reviewed said request and desires to al�ocate to Contractor the sum of <br /> $10,�OD; <br /> f�OW, THEREFORE, #he parties hereto do hereby agree as fallaws: <br /> 1. FINANCIAL A5S15TANC�. City shall allocate to Contractor t�e sum of Ten Thousand <br /> Dollars for exclusive use by Contractor during the fiscal year com�rrencing July 1, 2012, and ending June <br /> 30, 2013, to be us�d by Contractar solely for the purposes d�scribed in paragraph 2. <br /> 2. USE OF FUNDS. Contractor shall use the funds pro�ided pursuai�t to paragraph 1 solely <br /> for the Program purposas described €n Exhibit "A" (Contract Objecti��s} attached hereto and by this <br /> reference incorporated herein. <br /> 3. CHANGES TO PROGRAM. No changes in the Program described in this agreement which <br /> is fur�ded by the financial assis#ance pravicled under paragraph 1 shall be made without the prior written <br /> consent of City. <br /> 4, PAYMENTS. Contractnr shall keep detailed anc� accurate recnrds of all expenditures made <br /> and expenses incurred which are funded under this agreement.
