Contractor shall submit to City's <br /> Human Services Manager a 6 man#h program progress report and an annual program report <br /> documenting Contractor's success in meeting the Program obj�ctives referenced in paragraph 2. The 6 <br /> month pragress report is due an January 31, 2013 and the annual pragram repart is due on ,luly 315', <br /> 2013. If Contractor shalf fail to submit either of their repor#s on a timely basis, City may terminate this <br /> agreement and may disqualify agency from applying for any future funding. <br /> Said reports shall also incfude an expenditure report and the total number of direct beneficiaries <br /> with demographic information regarding income, household composi#ion, ethnicity, age and other data as <br /> required by City or the United States Department of Housing and Urban bevelapment and shall be <br /> submitted on forms pro�ided by City's Human Services Manager. In the event that the Co�tractor has not <br /> expended all of the funds granted, Contractor shall retum by check to the City af Redwood City the <br /> amount not s�ent. <br /> 7. FINANCIA� STAT�M�NTIANALYSfSiAU�IT. Contractor shall make availabls to City, or <br /> the public, upon request, a financial statement and analysis setting forth in detail the manner in which, <br /> and the specific purposes for which, fhe funds paid hereunder were expended to the date o# such <br /> accounting.
