NON�DiSCRIMINATION AND EQUAL OPPORTUNITY. Contractor further warrants and agrees that it will comply with all pravisions of Executive Order �1246 of Septernber 24, 1965, as amended, and of the rules, regufations and relevant orders of the Secretary of Labor; and that it will not discrimina�e against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, religian, sex or national origin. Contractor will take affrmative action to ensure that applicants are employed, and that employees are treated during employment, without regard ta their race, color, religion, sex or national arigin. Such action will include, but not be limited to, th� following: employment, upgrading, �emotion, or transfer, recruitment or recruitment ad�ertising; layoff or termination; rates of pay or ather forms of compensation; and selection for training, including apprenticeship.
