UNIFORM ADMINISTRATIVE REQUfREMENTS. Contractor will <br /> camply with the requiremenfs and standards of the Community Development <br /> Block Grant Regulations, OMB Circular A-122, Cost Principies for Non-Profit <br /> Organizations, as amended, �MB Circular A-� 10, Uniform Administrative <br /> Requirements for Grants ar�d Agreements, as amended, and all other federal, <br /> state, and local laws, regulations and reguirements, as applicable. <br /> 23. COMPLIANCE WlTH CALIFORNIA LABOR LAWS AND FEDERAL <br /> REQUIREMENTS. Contractor agrees to be bound by the Labar Laws of th� <br /> State af California, and appficabf� Federa! requirements. A paragraph shall be <br /> incorporated in every agreement befween Contractor and third parties in <br /> connection to the Project stating #hat the third party must comply with California <br /> Labor Laws and appficable F�deral requirements.
