OR�U'�NAL 6.1.E. - Page 26 <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> COMMUNITY OVERCOMiNG RELATiONSH�P ABUSE {CORA) <br /> (CORA Emergency Shelter Program) <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of <br /> 2012, by and between ti�e CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter <br /> city and municipal corporatian of the State of California ("City") and COMMUNITY <br /> OVERCOMING RELATIONSHfP ABUSE {CORA), a California nonprofit <br /> organiza#ion ("Contractor"; col�ectively the "Parti�s"). <br /> WITN � SSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor provides csrtain services thraugh programs, <br /> including the program described in �xhibits "A" ("PrQgram & Quantitati�e Goals"), <br /> and "B" {"Program Budget"), attached hereto and made a part hereaf; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor has requested financial assistance ir� order to <br /> conduct the program described in Exhibit A for residents of City d�rir�g the fiscal <br /> year commencing July 1, 2012, and ending June 30, 2013 {the "Fiscal Y�ar"); <br /> and <br /> NOW, THERE�ORE, the Part�es hereby agree as follows: <br /> 1. F[NANCIA�. ASSISTANCE. City wil! allocate to Cantractor the sum <br /> of Twenty Thausand and No/100 Dollars ($20,000) for exclusive use by <br /> Contractor during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2012, and ending June 30, <br /> 2013, soiely for the purposes described in Paragraph 2. <br /> 2. USE OF FUNDS.
