6.1.E. - Page 33 <br /> (d) Providing that Contractor's ins�rance co�erage w�ll be primary <br /> insurance with respect to City, its Co�ncil, officers, boards, <br /> commissinns, errrployees, and agents, and any insurance or self- <br /> insurance maintained by City far itself, its Council, officers, boards, <br /> commissions, employees, or agents shall be in excess of <br /> Contractor's insurance and not contributory with it. <br /> �6. NON-DlSCRfM1NAT10N AND EQUAL OPPORTUNITY. Contractor <br /> hereby warrants and agrees tnat, ir� the performance of this Agreement, it wilf not, <br /> in connectian with the employment, advancement or discharge of empioyees, or <br /> in connection with the terms, conditions or privileges of their employrnent, <br /> discriminate against persan because of their age, except upon the basis af bona <br /> fide occupational qualification, refirerr�ent plan or statutory requirement, and will <br /> not specify, in soficitations or advertisement for employees to work on this <br /> Agreement, a maximum age limit, unless such limit is based upor� a bona fide <br /> occupational qualificatia�, ret+r�ment plan ar statu#ory requirement. <br /> Cantractor further warrar�ts and agrees that it will compfy with all <br /> pravisians of �xecutive Order 11246 of September 24, 1965, as amended, and of <br /> the rules, regulatio�s and relevant arders af the S�cretary af Labor; and that it <br /> will nat discriminate against any employee or appiicant for emplayment because <br /> of race, color, religion, sex ar national origin.
