6.1.E. - Page 33 (d) Providing that Contractor's ins�rance co�erage w�ll be primary insurance with respect to City, its Co�ncil, officers, boards, commissinns, errrployees, and agents, and any insurance or self- insurance maintained by City far itself, its Council, officers, boards, commissions, employees, or agents shall be in excess of Contractor's insurance and not contributory with it. �6. Contractor hereby warrants and agrees tnat, ir� the performance of this Agreement, it wilf not, in connectian with the employment, advancement or discharge of empioyees, or in connection with the terms, conditions or privileges of their employrnent, discriminate against persan because of their age, except upon the basis af bona fide occupational qualification, refirerr�ent plan or statutory requirement, and will not specify, in soficitations or advertisement for employees to work on this Agreement, a maximum age limit, unless such limit is based upor� a bona fide occupational qualificatia�, ret+r�ment plan ar statu#ory requirement.
