Na members, officers, or <br /> employees ar agents of the City of Redwood City, no member of the City Council <br /> and no other public officFal who exercises ar�y function or responsibility with <br /> respec# to this Agreement or Cor�tractor's Program during his or her tenure, or for <br /> one year thereafter, wilf ha�e any interest, direct ar indirect, in this Agreement or <br /> a related subcontract, o� tf�e proceeds thereof. Contrac#or will incorporate in alf <br /> subcor�tracts hereunder a provisior� prohibiting such interest. <br /> 20. LOBBYING PROHIBfTED. Funds pro�ided under this Agreement wifl <br /> nat be used by Cantractor far publicity or propaganda purposes designed to <br /> support or defeat legislation pending before federal, state, or local government. <br /> 21. RELIGIOUS ACTIVITY PROHlBITED.
