INTERES7 OF PUBLIC OFFiCIALS. No members, officers, or employees or agents of the <br /> City of Redwood City, na member of the City Gouncil and no other public official who exercises any <br /> function or responsibility with respect to this agreement or Contractor's Program during his or her tenure, <br /> or for one year thereafter, shall ha�e any interest, direct or indirect, ir� this contract or a related <br /> subcontract, or the proc�eds thereof. Cor�tractor shall incorporate in all subcontracts hereunder a <br /> pro�ision prohibiting such interest. <br /> 16. LOBBYING f'ROMIBfI"ING. Funds pro�ided under this agreement shall not be used by <br /> Contractor for publicity or prapaganda purposas designed to support or defeat legislation pending before <br /> federal, state, or local government. <br /> 17. RELIGIO�JS ACTIVITY PROHIBITED.
