6.1.E. - Page 48 <br /> OR�GINAL <br /> FUNDlNG A G R � E M E N T FOR HUMAN SERVICES FfNANCIAL AS5ISTANC� PR�GRAM <br /> BETWEEN 7HE CITY OF REDWODD CfTY ANQ <br /> INT�RNATIQNAL INSTITtJTE OF T'HE BAY AREA <br /> THIS AGRE�MENT, made and entered inta this day of , 2D12, by and <br /> between the CITY QF REQWOOD CITY, a charter city and a municipal corporation of tF�e State of <br /> California ("City") and Ir�ternat�onal Institute of the Bay Area, a California nonprofit organization <br /> ("Contractor"); <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor will pro�ide certain services thraugh programs, incfuding the program <br /> described in Exhibit"A" ("Contract Objecti�es"), and <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor has requested financiaf assistance in order to conduct #he program for <br /> residents of City during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2012, and ending June 30, 2013; and <br /> WFfEREAS, City has re�iewed said request and desires to aflocate to Contractor the sum of <br /> $8,OOfl; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties h�reta da hereby agree as follows: <br /> 1. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. City shall allocate to Cantractor the sum of Eight Thousand <br /> Dollars far exclusi�e use by Contractor during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2012, and ending June <br /> 30, 2013, to be used !�y Contractar solely far the purposes described in paragrapl� 2. <br /> 2. USE OF FUNDS. Contractor shall u5e the funds pro�ided �ursuant to paragrapl� 1 solely <br /> for the Program pur�aoses described in �xhibit "A" (Cor�tract Objecti�es) attached hereto and by this <br /> reference incorporated herein. <br /> 3. C�fANGES TO PROGRAM. No changes in the Program described in this agreernent which <br /> is funded by the financial assistance pro�idec! under paragraph 1 shall be made withaut the priar writ�en <br /> consent of City. <br /> 4. PAYMENTS. Contractor shall keep detailed and accurate recnrds of all expenditures made <br /> and expenses incurred which are funded under this agreem�nt.
