If Contractor shall fai! to submit either of their reparts on a timely basis, City may terrrrinate this <br /> agreement and may disqualify agency from applying for any#uture funding, <br /> 5aid reports shall also include an expenditure r�port and the total number of direct beneficiaries <br /> with demographic information regarding income, househald corr�posi#ion, ethnici#y, age and other data as <br /> required by City or the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development and shall be <br /> submitted on forms pro�ided by City's Human Services Manager. In the e�ent that the Contractor has not <br /> expended all of the funds granted, Contractor shall return by check to the City of Redwood City the <br /> amount not spent. <br /> 7. FINANCIAL STATEMENTIANALYSIS; AUDIT. Contractor shall make availabie to City, ar <br /> the public, upon requ�st, a frnancial statement and anafysis setting forth in detail the manner in w�ich, <br /> and the specific pur�ases for which, the funds paid hereunder were expended to the date of such <br /> accaunting. In adciition to the forcgoing, ar�d in any event, Contractor shall submit to City no fater than <br /> July 31, 2013, a capy of the agency or program's frnancial staterrient.
