Ten (10) copies plus an electronic copy of the Administrative Draft will be provided to <br /> City staff. <br /> Task 3. Preqaration of Screencheck EIR Addendum No. 2 <br /> Consultant will prepare a Screencheck version of Addendum No. 2 based on: (1) City <br /> staff concurrence that the Administrative Draft findings are consistent with CEQA <br /> Guidelines section 15164 (Addendum to an EIR or Negative Declaration)--i.e., an <br /> Addendum does represent the proper CEQA approach; and (2) comments from City <br /> staff and, if City staff desires, the project applicant, on the Administrative Draft. Prior to <br /> publication, an electronic version of the Screencheck will be provided to City staff for <br /> final review and approval. <br /> Task 4. Preparation of Published EIR Addendum No. 2 <br /> Based on City staff comments/approval of the Screencheck, any necessary final <br /> revisions will be completed, and thirty (30) copies plus an electronic version of the <br /> published Addendum No. 2 will be delivered to the City. <br /> Task 5. Meetinqs and Public Hearinqs <br /> Consultant, specifically Ray Pendro, will attend up to two (2) meetings with City staff to <br /> discuss the Addendum during the preparation process. Consultant, specifically Ray <br /> Pendro, will also attend up to two (2) Planning Commission and/or City Council meetings <br /> to assist the staff in presenting the Addendum and answering questions. <br /> Task 6. Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program <br /> Consultant will update the 2003 Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP) to <br /> incorporate the project changes and Addendum findings. <br /> PROPOSED SCHEDULE AND WORK PRODUCTS <br /> Administrative Draft Addendum No. 2 will be submitted to City staff in approximately five <br /> (5) weeks from City authorization to proceed. <br /> Product/Milestone Copies Schedule <br /> 1.
