, � Redwood City 2020 will be responsible for: • Develop and maintain productive relationships with partner agencies, • Integrate services in the community of Redwood City/North Fair Oaks in order to deepen and leverage partnership work, • Advocate for partnership work as appropriate at any of the Redwood City schools and at the community level, • Provide input and guidance on prioritization in relationship to completing program priorities/interests, • Work collaboratively with partner agencies to develop the Community Engagement Specialist's scope of work/work-plan, • Participate in Silicon Valley Community Foundation cohort learning community, • Participate in the development of any progress reports and grant proposals to funders, • Provide detailed input in evaluation of staff and program, • Communicate effectively with partner agencies and leads, • Participate in hiring of PCRC project staff and make final staffing decisions in partnership with PCRC. Goal of the Community Engagement Specialist position: The Community Engagement Specialist is responsible for administration and coordination support to Redwood City 2020 and CARON on the following outcomes for the Bridging the Cultural Gap Collaborative (PCRC in collaboration with Redwood City 2020 and San Mateo County Sheriff's Office): 0 25-35 Community dialogues- RWC Together would need support far 6-8 dialogues 0 3-4 Cominunity Leadership Training Series (4-6 sessions each) 0 2 Large scale community events in October 2012 and May 2013 for Redwood City Together o Staff support for monthly RWC Together sponsored activities-9 (movie nights, IYAT events,Courthouse Square activities related to RWC Together goals) 2
