� ORIGINAL <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO EXTEND THE AGREEMENT <br /> (Agreement for Professional Services) <br /> (William Versaci) <br /> This Amendment No. 1 is entered into and effective as of the �, i� day of <br /> , 2013, extending the agreement dated October 1, 2012 (the <br /> "Agreeme ') by and between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal <br /> corporation of the State of California ("City"), and William <br /> Versaci ("Consultant") (collectively, <br /> the "Parties"). <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. On October 1, 2012, the Parties executed Agreement for Professional <br /> Services and <br /> B. The Parties desire to extend the Agreement for a period of (8) eight months; <br /> and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br /> contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. The Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, is hereby <br /> extended for a period of eight months ending on December 31, 2013. <br /> 2. All other provisions of the Agreement, as may have been amended from <br /> time to time, shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> 3.
