Comqliance. At its sole cas# and expense, COUNTY shal! comply and cause ali <br /> COUNTY Parties to comply with ordinances, requir�ments, poficies and standards of <br /> CITY and all o�her ga�ernmental authorities with jurisdictian and autf�ority o�er the <br /> License Area and COUNTY's Activities. COUNTY shall not create ar permit any unsafe <br /> conditions upon the License Area, shall pramptly repor� ta CiTY the disco�ery of any <br /> unsafe candifiions, and shall fake all actions necessary and reaso�abfy appropria#e to <br /> correc# any unsafe concEitions. COUNTY sha!! erect and maintain as reasonabiy <br /> required by existing conditions all reasanable safeguards for safety and protection, <br /> including posting danger signs, barricades, and other warnings as necessary or <br /> appropriate with respect to hazards on or abo�t the License Area. COUNTY shall <br /> compfy with all laws, statutes, ordinances, and ga�ernmental rules, regulatior�s, or <br /> r�quirements and with good and sa#e practices in connection with its use of the License <br /> Area. <br /> 24. Com liance with L.aws. COl1NTY shafl, at i#s expense, conduct a�d cause ta <br /> be canduc#ed all acti�ities on the l.icense Area allowed hereur�der in a safe and <br /> reasonab�e manner and ir� comp[iance wit� all Laws of any go�ernmentai or other <br /> regulatary enfifty (Encfuding, without limitation, the Americans with Disabi(ities Act) and afl <br /> covenants, restrictians and provisions of recard, whether presently in effect or <br /> subsequently adopted and whether or not in th� contemplatian af the parties. COUNTY <br /> shall, at its sofe expense, procure and mair�tain in force at all times during its use of the <br /> License Area any and all busirtess and other licenses or approvals necessary to <br /> conducf fhe activities allowed hereunder.
