CITY r�serves the right to temporarily close access <br /> #o the License Area and to make changes to the License Area, from time to time upon <br /> thirty (3d) days written notice to COUNTY, including, without limitafion, changes in the <br /> locations, size, shape and number af er�trances to the �icense Area and to the fences, <br /> gates and other impro�ements on or benefiting the License Area. Howe�er, in the event <br /> af an emergency, CfTY may make such changes without notice to COUNTY. <br /> 26. Insurance. During th� Term of this Agreement, COUNTY shafi maintain #he <br /> following insurance ca�erage: <br /> A. Commercial Genera! Liabilit Insurance. Coverage si�all be <br /> appficable to al[ owned, #�ired or non-owr�ed vehicies on fhe License Area. <br /> C. Workers" Compensation and Empioyers' L,iabifitv. This policy <br /> shail include Employer's liabifity covera�e with limits not fess than $1,OOO,Q00 per <br /> occurrence. <br /> D. D_amage to COUNTY Property. COUNTY hereby wai�es any recovery of <br /> damages against CITY (includir�g its errtployees, officers, directors, ager�ts, or <br /> representati�es) for loss or damage to any structures, tenant irripravements and <br /> bettermer�ts, fixtures, �quipment, antf any ofiher personal praperty because <br /> COUNTY has elected rtot to cover such �roperty with ins�rance. <br /> E.
