COUNTY shall deEi�er the policy or policies or certificates thereof an or befare the Commencement Date and deli�ery of such policy or policies shall b� a prerequisite ta ar�d condition of COUNTY's �igi�t to use the License Area pursuant to fhis Agreement. 2) �or a�l liabiiity policies requ�red abo��, COUNTY shall cause CITY to be named as a Certificate Holder on Accord-25 Certificates of fnsurance that con�air� language requiring 30 days written notice to C1TY in the e�ent nf cancellation or material change in ar�y scheduled palicy. 3) For afl �aroperty policies requi�ed above, GOUNTY shall cause CITY fo be named as a C�rtificate Holder on Accard 27 Certificates af fnsurance that contain ianguage requiring 3Q days written notice to CITY in the event of cance�lation or material change in arty sch�duled policy. 4) With regard to the liability insurance policies requir�d above, sucf� insurance policies shalf name CITY as an additional insured on endarsements ISO CO 20 1 Q 10 01 and CQ 2Q 37 �0 01 , or broader, with completed operations co�erage. 5) AII policies required hereunder shall provide for the following: (i) name as additiona[ insureds the CITY and its afficers, agents and employ�es; (ii) s�ecify that such policies are primary insurance to any other insurance available to the additional insureds, wi#h respect to any claims arising out of this Agreement and that insurance applies se{�arately to each insured against whom claim is made or suit is brought, except with respect ta th� insurer's limit of fiability, and {iii) include a waiver of subrogation encEorsement or pravision wherein the insurer acknowledges acceptance of COUNTY's waiver of claims against C[TY, Such policies s�all also pra�ide for se�erability of interests and that an act or omissian of one of the named insureds which would void or otherwise reduce coverage sha�i nat reduce or void the co�erage as to any insured, and shal� afford coverage for alE ciaims based on acts, omissions, injury or darrrage which accurret� or arose {or the onset of wf�ich accurrecf or arose) in whole or in part during th� policy period.
