En�ire Aqreement; Sev�rabilitv. This Agr��ment contains the sale and comp4ete agreement between the parties relating to the License Area and the license granted hereunder. This Agreement may not be changed orally and may be amended only by an agreement in writing signed by both parties. In th� eve�t that any pro�isian of this Agreerr�ent shall be heid to be or becorne inualic! ar un�nfiorceable in certain circumstances, the �alidity and enforceability of the rerr�ai�ing pravisions, or such pro�ision in other circumstances, shall not in aRy way be affected or impaired. 28. Notices. Any notice, requesf, demand, appro�al or conser�t given or required to be gi�en under this Agreement shall be in wri�ing and sha�! be deemed to have been gi�en when mail�d by United States registered or certifi�d mail, postage prepaid, return receipt requested, #o CfTY or COUNTY, as the case may be, at the respecti�� addresses �isted E�elow or may be made by persona! service.
