Based on the information provided by lonian, it does not appear to us that they offer <br /> sufficient relevant experience and qualifications to meet the requirements listed in your Bid Form <br /> Section 1.14.C.4. <br /> For example, your project involves considerable earthwork, including excavation, rip rap placement, and <br /> work within and along a tidally influenced shoreline.
