General Compliance with Laws. Consuitant wifl keep fully �nformed of federal, <br /> state and lacal laws and ardinanc�s and regufations which in any manner affect thase <br /> employed by Cor�sultant, or in any way affect the performance of the Services by <br /> Cansultant. Cansultant will at all times ohserve and comply with these laws, ordinances, <br /> and regulations and will be respansible for the compliance of Consultant's Services with <br /> all appficable laws, ordinances and regulations. <br /> �9. Discrimina#ion and Harassment Prohibited. Consultant will comply with all <br /> applicable local, state and fecferal laws and regulatians prohibiting discr�mination and <br /> harassment. <br /> 20. Terminat�an. In the event of the Consultant's failure to prosecute, deli�er, or <br /> perform the Ser�ices, City may terminate this Agreament far nanperformance by notifying <br /> Cor�s�ltant i� wri#ing pursuant to the r�atice provisions of this Agreement. <br /> If City deci�es to abandon or postpone the work or services contemplated by this <br /> A�reement, City may terminate this Agreement upon written notice to Consultant <br /> pursuant to #he r�otice provisions of this Agreemer�t. Termination w�ll be effec#Fr►e <br /> immediateiy upan notificatiar�. <br /> Either Party upon tendering thirty (30) days written nofice to the other party may <br /> termina#e this Agreement. <br /> Within 10 days afi termination Cansultar�# will assemble the work product w�thout charge <br /> and put it in order for prap�r filing and closing and deli�er it to City.
